We offer both free and premium subscription tiers. The free tier provides basic access, while paid subscriptions unlock advanced features, analytics, and unlimited daily swipes.

Subscription fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the applicable subscription cycle.

6. Refund policy

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or specific promotional terms.

All content, logos, flashcard data structures, and software are the exclusive property of Swipe2Study. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without explicit permission.

8. User conduct

You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service, including automated scraping, abusing the swipe mechanics, or attempting unauthorized access.

9. Limitation of liability

Swipe2Study is provided “as is”. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law (Thailand)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
